The Eli’s Gift Foundation, formerly The Eli Hayes Healey Foundation has grown out of a common desire to positively impact the lives of families who are caring for an unwell child.

Eli’s Gift aims to alleviate the financial burden on families with sick children.

When a child is unwell, requiring constant medical attention, we believe a parents focus should remain with their family without the added pressure of incidental expenses which can become quite burdensome.

Each family that approaches us has their own story and with that in mind we always try to provide support in a way that is tailored and fits with each family and child’s needs. We are proud to cover the costs of an array of expenses which include medical equipment, power bills, groceries, school fees, hospital parking or anything else that puts an unnecessary strain on families.

We have a simple philosophy which is, money in and money out.

As we have very limited overheads, we pride ourselves on passing on virtually every cent raised to our recipients.

Paired with this and our ability to have a positive impact on the lives of families directly correlates with our ability to engage the support of the wider community. They are our core supporters and it is our honour to empower the community with Eli’s Gift and to pass that on so that no mother or father is left fighting alone.
